February Full Moon Gathering: Loving-Kindness

Let's gather together on the February full moon to explore loving-kindness. As we near Valentine’s Day, we are often inundated with messages about love and romance. What happens when we strip away conventional ideas of love and instead approach it as unconditional friendliness towards both ourselves and those around us? How can we open our hearts to fully engage with our world? And what tools might we already have to live a more compassionate life?

During this special full moon gathering, sisters Maya and Tara Rook will guide participants in a loving-kindness meditation, offer energy work, and hold space for group discussion on how we can cultivate compassion for self and others in our everyday lives.

This event will take place at Tara Rook Studios, 142 High St. Suite #534, Portland, Maine

$40 per person

All participants will receive a special art gift.

Limited space, please sign up in advance here.
