Let’s gather together on the December Full Moon!

Join Maya at the Seguin Yoga Treehouse Gathering Space in Georgetown to celebrate the last full moon of the year as we turn inward while being held and supported by community. We’ll engage with meditation, restorative yoga postures, and group discussion around hygge, a Danish word meaning “a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being” that can help get us through the long winter day’s ahead.
